Terms of service

By creating an account with Opinova Research you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the panel.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. One account per person. Accounts are personal and can't be transferred.

Surveys and payment

• Each survey shows its estimated length and payment before you begin. You are paid only for surveys you complete and that pass our partners' quality review.
• Screening questions may end a survey early; screened-out surveys aren't paid unless stated.
• Completed surveys are credited to your balance, normally within 24 hours but occasionally longer while a partner reviews responses.
• Payouts are available once your balance reaches $10 and are sent by PayPal within 5 business days of your request.
• Balances are not interest-bearing and have no cash value until paid out.

Honest participation

You agree to answer truthfully, complete surveys yourself, and not use automation, VPNs to misrepresent your location, or multiple accounts. Surveys include attention checks. We may close an account and forfeit its balance if we find fraudulent or careless responses.

Availability

Surveys come from third-party research partners. We don't guarantee any number of surveys, any minimum earnings, or that the panel will continue indefinitely. This is not employment and you are not our employee or contractor.

Closing your account

You can close your account any time by emailing us. Balances of $10 or more will be paid out; smaller balances are forfeited. We may close accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for 12 months.

Liability

The panel is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of your unpaid balance.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
